Customer: Well, my online order was completely mishandled. I received the wrong watch – not even close to what I ordered! And the tracking information they sent was nonexistent. I had no idea where my package was. Honestly, the handling was extremely unprofessional. CS Rep: I understand how frustrating that must be, especially for a luxury purchase.
