However, my attempt to purchase through their website was an absolute disaster. This frustration compelled me to leave this review and engage with customer service, hoping to prevent others from enduring similar disappointment.
Customer: "I'm calling about an online order placed last week. I was expecting the titanium YM, which your website showed as available and went through checkout. What arrived was completely wrong. I was so excited for that 'GORGEOUS' watch, and now I'm just incredibly frustrated."
